Scott Grinstead is a veteran of the foodservice industry who has spent most of his career focused on building companies, brands and trade brands within the fresh food supply chain. He was the architect of eighteen acquisitions including the development of strategic relationships with the largest retailer in the world, the largest fresh food provider in the world and a top five QSR chain. This expertise regarding mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships and physical warehouse/plant operations dovetailed perfectly with the needs at Bruxie.

While in the supply chain space, Scott became a believer in Bruxie, expecting it to become a household name. Gordon Miles’ call asking Scott to take up the reigns of Bruxie was literally a dream come true.
