Jacob has spent over 20 years in the Hospitality Industry, focusing on assisting company's growth with an emphasis on developing bar programs and mixology. He specializes in handcrafting the most savory libations comprised of the freshest local artisanal ingredients. He spent over six years with Fox Restaurant Concepts, assisting in new store openings nationwide. He went on to develop an award-winning bar program for the Pacific Hospitality Group at The Pasea Hotel for The Tree House Lounge as the Direct of Outlets. Most recently was the Director of Operations for GB Capital and Kezo Management for brands such as Jimmy's Famous American Tavern and Calaca Mamas Cantina, where he created the bar program with a unique platform to enhance its presence in the bar.
